Question: Who is Glamoureyes Beauticians?

Answer: Glamoureyes Beauticians is a team of professional hair and makeup artists.

Question: Who is the founder of Glamoureyes Beauticians?

Answer: Sabrine Dannaoui is the founder of Glamoureyes Beauticians.

Question: Who does the hair and makeup trials and will it be the same person on my wedding day?

Answer: Sabrine is the head hair and makeup. Sabrine does all trials and the bride on the wedding day. In case Sabrine is booked with another bride on your wedding day, then she will organise for a professsional hair and makeup artist to do your trial and your wedding day.

Question: How long before my wedding day can I have a facial?

Answer: It is preferable to have your facial done minimum 6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Everyone’s skin is different and reacts differently to facials.

Question: How can I always have a glamour and young looking skin?

Answer: - Sleep well (Minimum of 7 hours continuous sleep)

               - Eat well (Have a balance of nutritious meals)

               - Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water daily

               - Clean your skin and moisture twice daily

                - Exfoliate your skin twice a week

               - Always remember that sun is your skin’s greatest enemy, so fight it back by

                  wearing a sunscreen  

                - Exercise regularly (exercising is your health’s best friend) so never let go

               - Don’t stress if you have a lot of work (always remember that there’s always

                  tomorrow

Question: Do you travel to my chosen location or do I need to come to you?

Answer: Glamoureyes Beauticians offer a mobile hair, makeup, & beauty therapy services in which we come to your chosen location at a time that suits you. (To your hotel room, to your wedding reception, to your office, where ever your chosen location is within Sydney or 2 hours from Sydney

Question: Do you charge a travel fee?

Answer: Yes, we generally charge $20.00 flat rate travel fee in order to cover the petrol cost. However travel fee could vary if you live outside the metropolitan areas.

Question: When do I need to book my beauty services with Glamoureyes?

Answer: Based on the high demand of our beauty services it is recommended to secure Glamoureyes Beauticians for your big day at least six months prior to your wedding day.

Question: How do I secure my booking with Glamoureyes Beauticians for my big day?

Answer: A deposit of %25 of the total amount of your bridal party cost is required in order to secure our beauty services for your big day. This deposit is not refundable and will be deducted from the bridal party total amount.

Question: How early can you be at my chosen location?

We normally will be at your chosen location at 7:00 am, however we can start as early as 4:00 am for early weddings. A surcharge of $50.00 apply for all early starts.

Question: How do Glamoureyes Beauticians accept payments?

Answer: You can either pay deposit by cash or via deposit into Glamoureyes Beauticians bank account. Balance can be settled by cash on your big day.

Question: What products do Glamoureyes Beauticians use?

Answer: Glamoureyes Beauticians use Mac products in all makeup applications and only professional hair styling products. We use the most hygienic ways in all makeup applications and hair styling by using disposable applicators.

Question: Do you come to the reception for later touch ups and how much does it cost me?

Answer: Yes we do, Please refer to Hair and Makeup Services Menu.

Question: Do you follow safe and hygienic methods within your skin treatments and skin penetrations?

Answer: We always follow the safest and most hygienic methods in all our skin care treatments and skin penetrations which adhere to the NSW Department of Health guidelines for skin penetration which regulates the beauty industry in NSW.

Question: Do you have the rights to refuse my treatment?

Answer: If you are suffering from any infectious skin condition which puts our therapists and/or other clients at risk, then we have the rights to refuse your treatment. Our aim is to provide a professional, reliable, and safe service to our clients.

Question: I’m stressed on my wedding day, is it ok to be rude to any of the makeup/hair artists?

Answer: No, It’s not tolerated to treat any of our staff members with disrespect or to be rude to them. Respect and dignity is how we treat people with and we would like to be treated the same way.

Question: Will you place my photo on your website in the photo gallery?

Answer: Glamoureyes Beauticians will be placing your photo on the website as a sample of the work, however you  have all the rights to refuse to have your photo on our website. Please make sure to advise us in writing and preferably via email if you don’t want your photo to appear on our website.
